Google API Data Notice

This notice explains how Ustyle SRL ("We", "Us", "Our") handles the information We receive from Google when You connect a Google Ads account to uads (uads.it), Our advertising service, by signing in with Google. It complements Our Privacy Policy at https://ustyle.it/privacy, which covers everything else We do with personal data.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Receive from Google

When You sign in with Google and approve the consent screen, We receive:

• the email address of the Google account You signed in with, and the account identifier Google issues for it, which We use as Your login;
• access to the Google Ads accounts that Google account can reach, through the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.

We never see Your Google password.

3. How We Use It

We use this access only to:

• list the Google Ads accounts You can reach, with their name, currency and time zone, so You choose which ones to follow;
• read the performance of the accounts You follow (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value, and each campaign's name, type, status and daily budget) and show it to You on Your dashboard;
• when You have asked uads to manage Your advertising, let the uads team see the same dashboard and numbers (including this month's spend against the budget agreed with You and the return on ad spend of the last 14 days), so it can plan, run and report on Your campaigns. Otherwise the team sees them only to support You when You ask Us to.

This connection only reads: uads never creates, changes, pauses or deletes anything in Your Google Ads accounts through it. When the uads team manages Your campaigns, it works through the access You give it in Google Ads itself, and every change it makes is listed on Your dashboard with its reason.

4. Storage and Security

We store the access Google gives Us (a refresh token) encrypted, on Our infrastructure in the European Union (Microsoft Azure, North Europe), together with Your email address, the list of accounts You can reach and the ones You follow. Performance numbers are fetched from Google when You or the uads team open a page and kept in memory for at most ten minutes; We do not build a database of them. What the uads team records for You (Your monthly budget and target, the changes it made and the proposals You approved or declined) is stored in the same place and deleted with the rest.

5. Sharing

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not transfer it to third parties, except to the infrastructure providers that host Our systems and act on Our instructions (listed at https://ustyle.it/subprocessors), or where the law requires it.
• We do not use it to build advertising profiles, to target advertising at You, or to train or improve AI models.
• The uads team accesses it only to provide the service or the support You ask for, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

6. Limited Use

uads' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep the token and Your account list while You stay connected. You can end it at any time:

• in uads, under Settings, with "Disconnect and delete my data": We revoke Our access at Google and delete everything We stored about You immediately;
• at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, by removing uads, which stops Our access immediately; We then delete Your stored data when We next detect the removal, or on request;
• by writing to info@ustyle.it, and We delete it without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the rights described in Section 9 of Our Privacy Policy, including access, erasure and the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise them, write to info@ustyle.it.

9. Changes

If what We receive from Google or how We use it changes, We will update this notice and the date at the top.
